3.      Procedures in building assessment: preparatory work, document review, visual inspection, type of structural damage, non- destructive and destructive test, surveying on levelling and verticality, soil investigation, structure analysis, output

4.      Type of reinforcement in the structure: concrete jacketing, fiber reinforced polymer
