1.      Construction management

2.      Construction projects failure

3.      Risk Management vs Project Management: type of risk (technical, construction, health and safety, environmental, commercial, external), overall project risk, categories, project resilience

4.      The risk management process: types of consequences, risk & opportunities (R & O) identification, identity the risk, issue, R & O analysis, risk analysis, R&O response planning, plan risk responses, monitor and control, risk management cycle, risk management in practice
