Content

A.      Lecturing

1.      Introduction to Cost and Time Management in Construction Project

2.      Feasibility analysis of project construction

3.      Work Breakdown Structure Analysis

4.      Presedence Diagram Method and Earned Value

5.      Economic valuation on the proposed construction project throughout the life of construction

6.      Case studies

B.      Practical work

In emphasizing the importance of cost and time management in construction projects from the initial phase to the life of the construction through the given project cases. Students are expected to have a deeper understanding of the concept of financing and phasing development with limited costs, analysis of wages and materials, coefficients, and applicable provisions.
