A.      Lecturing

1.      Terminal as node in road network system

2.      Terminal as a part of trip attraction such as business area

3.      Transit oriented development area

4.      Park and ride, kiss and ride system in terminal area

5.      Parking: short and long stay parking, business parking

6.      Terminal: public transportation terminal, airport terminal

7.      Queue system

8.      Facilities: waiting room, restaurant, lounge, store, shop, waiting room, restaurant, lounge, store, medical room, banking room, ultra-convenient location, pick-up & drop-off, business-class shuttles, regular security patrols, free onboard WiFi
